Cranberry recipes were requested the other day from my friend Maggie. Maggie is from Pennsylvania and we met in Ecuador. She imports products from Ecuador for people here in the United States. Google her website “Maggie’s Trips and Treasures”. Maggie was looking for some good cranberry salad recipes for Thanksgiving. I told her to check out the two that I put on last Thanksgiving; one from Jim, our mutual friend.
