Hello Friend,

Dessert recipes top the list of my cooking passions. I have made many more desserts in my life time than any other group of foods. Most people have a sweet tooth and I am certainly no exception! Americans consume more sweets in every form than any other group in the world. Some say that we move faster and farther than any other national group so we need the energy. Sugar in every form feeds that dynamic energy. That sounds like a good excuse for me!
