Are you planning a nice romantic Valentine dinner for two? You know it is commonly known as the day for loved ones to show their love for each other; giving cards, flowers, candy and gifts. Although Valentine Day is celebrated by children and people of all ages, it is especially popular for quiet romantic dinners for two.

What is Valentine Day? The history of Valentines Day gives several possibilities to this day’s origination; none really convincing. A few things are quite clear; one is that it started way back in Roman times, it centers on someone named Valentine and it is all about love. I use to think that this day was just a special day in America. I was surprised when I learned how many other countries celebrate Valentines Day and some much more elaborate than we do.
