Hello Friend,

Seven Grain Cereal by Red Mill is a high fiber food. Whenever I stumble across a product which I consider a very good one, I like to share my findings with you. This doesn’t happen too often because most products are laden with chemicals, sugar and other additives. After reading a product’s label I usually place it back on the shelf; I refuse to have them in my home.
