HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPES WITH
M&M COOKIES 

Learn how to make chocolate chip cookie recipes which utilizes other forms of chocolate chips. In these M&M cookies you have the addition of colorful and delicious M&M candies.

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ Pound brown sugar
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon honey
  • ¼ Pound real butter
  • ¾ Pound crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 Teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 ½ Cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ Pound chocolate chips
  • ¼ Pound M&M candies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together .THERE IS NO FLOUR IN THIS RECIPE. Drop by a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until done. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven and cool.


CHOCOLATE CHIPS BARS RECIPE (bars with mint)

This is one of the chocolate chip cookie recipes made into bars. The added flavoring of peppermint presents a delicious combination with the chocolate.

  • 1 Cup Lorna Doone Shortbread cookies, crushed fine
  • ¼ Cup melted butter
  • 1 Cup flaked coconut
  • 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup chopped pecans
  • 4 Drops peppermint oil
  • 1 Can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix crumbs with melted butter, and press into bottom of 7x11 inch baking pan. Add a layer of the coconut, then a layer of the chocolate chips, then a layer of the pecans.

Add the peppermint oil to the condensed milk and mix well. Spoon milk evenly over dry mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, being careful not to overbake.

Remove to rack and cool.

ICING:

  • 2 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Drops peppermint oil

In double boiler, melt chocolate with butter. Add peppermint oil. Spread evenly baked bars. Refrigerate until set. Cut into bars with a sharp knife.



SUGAR FREE COOKIE RECIPE with chocolate chips

Even if you are on a sugar free diet you can still enjoy the wonderful flavor of chocolate chip cookie recipes like this one.

  • 1 Beaten egg
  • ½ Cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup flour
  • ½ Teaspoon soda
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Cup butter
  • 4 Teaspoons liquid sugar substitute
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream butter, sugar substitute, vanilla and egg together. Add sifter flour, soda and salt mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until set.

Many different nuts can be added to these recipes. This cashew cookie recipe combines the great flavor of cashews with the great flavor of chocolate.

  • 2 Cups sifted flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Cup soft butter
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ Cup sour cream
  • ½ Cup chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ Cups chopped cashews

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to the cream mixture. Add the nuts and chocolate chips and blend thoroughly together.

Drop by a teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or golden brown. Cool and frost.

Icing

  • 2 Cups powder sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons cream
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla

Cream ingredients together and spread on cooled cookies.

CHOCOLATE CHIPPERS

  • ¾ Cup buttered flavored shortening (I use Crisco)
  • 1 ¼ Cups brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ Cups flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Cup rolled oats
  • 6 Ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ Cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 4 Mini chocolate covered caramel candy bars chopped (2 ounces)


Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Beat shortening and sugar together until creamy; beat in milk, vanilla and egg.

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture a little at a time mixing well after each addition.

Stir in chocolate chips, oats, peanuts and candy; drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.

NOTE: I line my baking sheets with parchment paper for most of my cookies.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.


CHOCOLATE CHIP RAISIN COCONUT COOKIES

  • 1 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • ½ Cup brown sugar
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Package (12 ounces) semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • ½ Cup coconut


Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Sift together flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and blend well.

Add chocolate chips, raisins and coconut; mix until well blended.

Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets; bake 8 to 10 minutes until set.
