Cocoa Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 large egg yolk
3 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 small cup butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar
2 cup granulated sugar
3 egg
Small Pinch of Salt

Preparation:

1. Beat brown sugar with melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Cool slightly

2. Beat in egg and egg yolk.

3. Beat in vanilla.

4. Mix all the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Slowly beat into the butter and sugar mixture until well blended.

5. Fold in chocolate chips.

6. Cool the dough for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

7. Heat oven to 350°.

8. Using a cookie scoop , scoop mounds of dough onto a greased baking sheet, leaving about 2 to 3 inches between cookies. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until set.

9. Cool on baking sheet on a rack, then remove cookies to rack to cool completely.

10. Serve it and taste.
