OFFICIAL RULES FOR CHOCOLATE RECIPES WITH COCOA POWDER CONTEST

• Each contestant must have only one entry.


• Each contestant must be 18 years or older.


• The recipe you use must be contestant’s own original recipe.


• All recipes must contain UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER as the only form of chocolate.


• All recipes submitted must be accompanied with clearly written instructions on how to prepare.


• All submitted recipes must be accompanied with a picture of the finished product.


• All recipes submitted will become the property of Painless Cooking.


• Open voting will pick the top 5 recipes.


• Only one vote per email address will be allowed.


• Painless Cooking will prepare the top 5 recipes and pick the winner from those.


• Recipes will be accepted from February 22, 2010 through 6:00 AM EST April 5, 2010.


• Voting will be from April 5, 2010 through April 12, 2010.


• Top 5 recipes will be prepared by Painless Cooking from April 12 to April 19, 2010.


• Winner will be announced on April 19, 2010.
