Did you ever see my guacamole Youtube? The guacamole I show how to prepare is THE BEST! I guarantee you'll like it.

I'm like you. I do not like most guacamole I have elsewhere or in restaurants. It's usually too smooth with no texture. Mine is lumpy and everyone in my family agrees. When they have it elsewhere they usually say, "Nani, Yours is better!"

Mine is similar to your son's, though I use lemon juice instead of lime juice and no garlic or jalapeno. Otherwise, the same.
