  • 1 Tablespoon water

Cut beef against the grain in thin slices; place in a bowl.

Combine sugar and wine and pour over meat; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients (for seasoning sauce) and blend.Remove meat from sugar and wine.

Place meat into seasoning mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes; longer is better.
