by Katie and Dave
(Alabama)

Ingredients:
2 dozen jumbo flour tortillas
1 ½ to 2 lbs. Lean ground beef
1 large onion
1 can green chiles
2 cans tomato soup
1 very large can refried beans
1 large bag Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Aluminum Foil (approximate 12x12 sheets)(makes 20-24 burritos)
Garlic (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Fry onions & ground beef in large skillet, add salt & pepper & green chiles and stir well
2. Add tomato soup (do not dilute) and stir into ground beef mixture
3. Add refried beans and stir mixture all together
4. Turn off heat once all ingredients are combined.
5. Set aside your tortillas, cheese and foil sheets
6. Fill each tortilla with approximately ½ to ¾ cup of mixture in the middle of tortilla and add a handful of cheese
7. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll from bottom wrapping each with aluminum foil sheet
8. Place 4 burritos in freezer bags and freeze

Cooking:
1. Use a glass baking dish and spray with Pam
2. Unwrap burritos and bake at 350 (45 min for frozen) (25 min if thawed). Add more cheese on top of burritos a couple of minutes before removing from oven.

Serve with favorite salsa over the burritos and enjoy!
