Memories of Venison Recipes

by Chuck
(TN)

Frances, your latest issue of Painless Cooking had my mouth watering. I have not had venison since my days at college. The highway patrol occasionally would bring deer to our college and I was on the 'deer crew.' Sometimes we would have to get up in the middle of the night and take care of prepping the deer meat. I didn't know much about it but learned as we worked. When we were finished our crew leader would then make a breakfast for us with venison as the meat. It was so good. Your Painless Cooking e-mails always bring back such great memories and I just wanted to tell you how much they and you are appreciated.
