Pie Crust for One Pie

Hi! I can not find the right amount of ingredients for the pie crust.
I can see you have done for 5 pies on your video and you used 5 cups of flour, but I can not tell the amount of salt, shortening, vinegar etc.
Could you share the right amounts to bake one pie crust. Thank you so very much. I really enjoy watching you on the cooking videos, It´s great that you make it to look so simple. Elisabet

How to Make One Pie Crust
by: Frances

Pie Crust Recipe for One Crust (Either bottom or top- double recipe for a top & bottom)

1 Cup flour
Pinch salt
1/2 Cup plus 2 full tablespoons solid shortening
1/2 Egg yolk (Whisk yolk with a fork then divide in half)
1 Teaspoon vinegar
Water

Combine flour in salt in a mixing bowl.
Cut in the shorting with a pastry cutter until mixture is crumbly.
Combine the yolk and the vinegar in a measuring cup; stir with a fork to blend.
Fill the measuring cup with water to make about 1/5 the cup full.
Dump this egg water mixture into the crumbly flour mixture; blend thoroughly with a fork.
Turn pastry dough out on a lightly flour surface and knead until smooth.
Roll dough out on flour surface about and inch larger than pie pan; fit rolled dough into pie pan and crimp around the edges.

Note: When you are making a pie do not overlook the possibility of using other pie crusts besides dough. For instance, cream pies are often very good with a chocolate cookie crust, graham cracker crust or even a gingerbread crust.
