Thanksgiving Disaster

4 years ago I decided to roast my turkey and use champange in the roaster along with broth. To my husbands dismay and peer shock the turkey was a success even though I used a 75.00 dollar bottle of Champange. I had no idea that one of his patients had given him a nice 75.00 dollar bottle of this yummy stuff for us to enjoy and it was used on the turkey boy was I in trouble.
