Triple Tail Snapper Jupiter style

Don't you always love it when your favorite restaurant is just a short walk away?

Leftovers is a darling little causal, comfortable restaurant in a sweet Key West style area, bordering a nice residential community, just minutes from the Beach. Their specialty is...the freshest seafood in town. Their menu is creative and full of wonderful choices. My favorite is the"Sweet Potato Crusted Triple Tail Snapper" over a bed of assorted Organic Greens. Accented with fresh organic baby french green beans, a touch of tomato and drizzled with a delicious "key lime sauce."
The Presentation is a complete visual experience.

The sweet potato is cut into very thin 5 inch strips. The strips are placed into a checker board pattern and adhered to the fish with a sweet Potato Paste, Then lightly saute in coconut oil. (Coconut Oil will retain its integrity and nutritional value when heated and is an aid to weight loss and digestion). The fish is cooked until the sweet potato is crunchy, by then the fish is sweet and succulent.

When served; the fish is placed on top of the fresh greens. The key lime sauce is drizzled in a zig zag pattern across the fish and da da. A true culinary Delight. Leftovers is a fun and makes you feel good,
kind of restaurant.
